Last class - last homework

Though they hardly must've known each other, the last class will be focussed on two poets who had contact with Portuguese culture. Comment on one of the following:


1. Write a critique of Elizabeth Bishop's translations of Drummond de Andrade's "Poema de Sete Faces" (p. 258 - english - and 264 - original)

2. Attempt to translate (part of) Allen Ginsberg's poem on Fernando Pessoa at the last page of the anthology.
